In-House Cohort Programs


  • 6 to 8 sessions spread out over a time period of 4 to 6 months
  • Maximum of 21 individuals per in-house cohort
  • Assignment to 3-person accountability groups
  • Limited session pre-work and homework
  • Access to individual coaching on program days
  • Participants must to co-located or travel to program site
Virtual Cohort Programs

  • 6 sessions spread out over 12 weeks
  • Maximum of 9 to 12 participants per virtual cohort
  • Assignment to 3-person accountability groups
  • Completion of video modules on own time, prior to virtual meetings
  • Individual coaching optional
  • Participants can participate from anywhere with a wifi connection
